You may access and use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation, or interfere with other users' access.

All content on this site — including text, design, code examples, and case study material — is the intellectual property of NexiumLabs unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.

The descriptions of services on this site are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. All client engagements are governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work, which we provide and both parties sign before any work begins.

Project agreements define scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property assignment. Nothing on this site creates an obligation on either party until a project agreement is executed.

Work produced under a client engagement belongs to the client upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement. NexiumLabs retains no licence to use client deliverables unless explicitly agreed.

NexiumLabs retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, or internal systems used during an engagement. Where these are incorporated into a deliverable, we grant a perpetual, royalty-free licence for the client's use.

We treat all information shared during an enquiry or engagement as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services.

We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before substantive conversations begin. Contact us to request one.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexiumLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services provided under a project agreement.

Our total liability under any project agreement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an engagement with NexiumLabs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, as specified in the applicable project agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For changes that materially affect an active engagement, we will notify the relevant client directly before the changes take effect.
