University lecture notes and slides are written for the person who gave the lecture. They skip steps, lean on jargon and contradict each other, and students end up searching for videos and past questions on their own, usually close to exam time.
General AI chat tools can explain a concept, but they answer from the whole internet, not from the notes a student's own lecturer used, so the terms and the emphasis often do not match the course.
CourseQuad turns one course at one university into a set of clear, organised pages. A writer, such as a student who did well in the course, a tutor or a graduate assistant, gathers the lecture notes, slides and past questions. AI drafts each page: a plain-words summary first, then the key idea, worked steps, diagrams and hand-picked videos. The writer checks every page against the original notes before it is published, and where the original is wrong or contradicts itself, the page says so instead of quietly changing it.
Students read a course topic by topic and can highlight any line to ask the AI about it. Answers are grounded in that course's material, and every key idea points back to the page of the original notes it came from.
CourseQuad is live at coursequad.com and is in use by students at UNN preparing for exams. Courses are added one at a time by university and course code, and the first topic of every course is free. We are not publishing user numbers, pass rates or testimonials, and the use at UNN is not a partnership with or endorsement by the university.
Ask about any line
Highlight a sentence, definition or equation and ask. The AI answers from that course's notes, so it uses the lecturer's terms.
Plain words first
Every topic opens with what it means in everyday language, before the jargon, maths or case law.
Diagrams and videos
Graphs, processes and timelines are drawn out, and short hand-picked videos sit next to the topic they explain.
Slip-ups flagged
Where the original notes get a detail wrong, the page says so and tells you which version to use.
Past questions by topic
Exam questions are linked to the page that teaches them, so you know what to practise after reading.
Per-course pricing
Each course has its own price shown before you pay. The first topic is free, and videos are an optional add-on.
